Zoho Social helps save time on days that I don't have time.
It helps me to stay consistent on social media.
The analytics helps me see who is engaging, which posts are performing well, and what to ditch.
I appreciate being able to manage multiple relevant channels.

Zoho Social has a very easy-to-understand dashboard that anyone can use.
All the options and analytics are very instinctive.
So far good experience with support.
Zoho Social is perfect for any small or medium business that is looking to expand its online social media presence. It is also ideal to help analyze which posts are performing well, and those that are not. It's very ideal for B2B companies that need to use a simple and easy tool, mostly word based. I don't have a lot of experience using it for a large amount of media.
