Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I've used Zoho Social for two businesses now, both needed a high volume of posts per day over multiple platforms so urgently required a social media scheduler rather than logging into each platform to schedule content.
Pros
- Post scheduling
- Insights
- Interactions with comments/DMs
Cons
- A customisable dashboard would be really helpful
- Ability to get an overview of all brands associated with the account would be excellent so as to check number of posts scheduled/post performance at a glance to monitor all brand health
- Zoho Social has positively impacted my business, reach is improved, engagement is definitely improved
Zoho Social is far more affordable and has all the same, if not better features, plus using it with Zoho One is a no-brainer.
