Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I started using Zoho Social about a month ago for my own business. Previously, I used it as a social media manager for another business. I love some of the embedded features, such as the ability to create reels and stories, as well as the option to make the "first comment" on some channels. Overall, I have found this to be the best value for the price.
Pros
- "First comment" option
- Good stats when posting on difficult platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn
- Reels and Stories
Cons
- I am a paid subscriber at Twitter - wish I could post unlimited characters via Zoho Social or create Twitter Threads
- I wish I could upload a PDF file for LinkedIn (LinkedIn accepts these and converts to a slide of pictures)
- I wish I could post links to stories
- Unsure so far but does seem better than competitors, at least for price point
