Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We have been struggling with posting on our multiple social media accounts for Analytics jobs. That's where, Zoho Social came. We started using it and now most of out social media handles are on automation mode. Some of the features that we use are:

Cons
- Add RSS fee option in the standard introductory plan
- Real time chat feature to interact with clients on multiple platforms by multiple chat handlers
- Get their own automation likechatgpt
- It has saved our team total working hours. Ideally, I would say 150 hours earlier a month to 20 hours now.
- Saved staff salaries. I now schedule it myself since it takes me now 2 -4 days to schedule posts for the complete month.
