Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I love Zoho Social. I have been using it for years and only recently relised they had upgraded so many features. It makes such a difference being able to access all my social chanels in one place. The only thing I would say is not as great is that you use to be able to add another brand to the basic package but now you have to go with the more expensive package to add another brand. I understand as its up selling but it makes it unafordable for a small business to have them all in one place.

Cons

  • Just make a package that smaller brands can afford if they have more than 1 brand
  • Add editing capabilities for Tik Tok posts
  • Just saves me time
