Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use Zoho Social to organize my posts every week for my social media. It makes it easy to manage my accounts as I have several. The ability to schedule posts for multiple times, ability to see posts platform to platform, and repeat posts weekly are especially helpful for me. The Zoho Social interface is relatively streamlines and easy to use, and they offer some remarkably insightful analytics that one can glance over to get a brief view of their social health without being overwhelmed. All in all I would say Zoho Social is one of the better apps I have used for this purpose.

Pros

  • Repeatable posts (weekly/monthly)
  • Overview analytics for each channel
  • the ability to schedule posts simultaneously

Cons

  • Would love to be able to add multiple YouTube channels
  • Sometimes uploads can get frozen and need to be restarted
  • the inability to copy/paste from some of your rough drafts can be frustrating
  • I am able to get much more value per post through Zoho Social for less work than I am otherwise
It works well, as I have established. However there are some small issues that could be worked out: like the inability to copy/paste from certain drafts and the upload freezing problems.
Honestly the primary benefit to Zoho Social is that It is a far cheaper alternative to Hootsuite, though it seems to do many of the same things!

Zoho Social works very well. I particularly enjoy being able to set up repeating posts. The Zoho Social analytics are also a nice quick snapshot of my channel health. One thing I would want to be added is the ability to add multiple YouTube channels to one brand. I would also love the upload freezing issue to take some priority.
