Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I really love Zoho Social - it's intuitive, great set of features and a great scheduler. Adding social channels for a brand is straightforward, simple and quick. I check on the Brand Health tab daily. What I would love to see is a bit more "contextual" awareness around the brand, both personal and company level - like, give AI some context on the goals and brands story on the high level and get some tools to draft ideas more quickly.

Great set of features, but lacks a bit of deeper AI integration and suggested topics to make it work a bit faster.
