Zoom has saturated our entire company from conference rooms, to meetings, to streaming webinars and full production webcasts. It address tons of problems from reducing travel expense to increasing productivity.

- Video quality, the best compression for live streaming multiple people on low bandwidth connections.
- Easy screen sharing.
- Instant messaging and file sharing, easy to use and large file limits makes sharing a breeze.
- Full 1080p and 4-K streaming of webinars and productions.
- Sometimes shaky and noisy videos.
- Conference rooms' iPad sometimes drop off wifi.
- Travel savings are really high
- Multitasking has increased
Zoom rooms is great for the price, especially when paired with Intel Nucs and affordable USB conference cams and conference audio systems like the Jabra 810. We are highly satisfied with Zoom rooms due to the affordability and ease of implementation.
- GoToMeeting, Skype for Business and Cisco
Skype for Business and GoToMeeting can't even compete with the video quality and audio quality of Zoom. GoToMeeting has an overly complex UI when compared to the streamlined look of Zoom. Skype for Business hasn't been fully fledged out as of yet.
