Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom to communicate with our clients and walk them through our platform. It is being used across our department and our sister company as well. We are able to solve a LOT of problems with Zoom as we are a software company so seeing things visually is important.

- Breakout rooms - such a great idea. I haven't used it yet, but I do have plans to
- Webinar features
- Being able to toggle back and forth between personal and business account (maybe you can do this, but I'm not sure how!)
- Incorporating Zoom into our platform so our clients can use it directly there with their students they work with
- I'm not sure on the cost saving since that is not my position, but as a customer support person, it has helped out numbers with happier customers since we can meet them face to face since we are all online
- We have built stronger connections with our customers through Zoom.
- It has helped us share more information about new and old features we have and help explain it more clearly to our users
I have tested Zoom Rooms and will be using them this week for the first time. I hope it goes as good as we tested!
