Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
My company is using Zoom. Our company members mostly use it while doing field surveys to relay issues that arise in the field. We also use Zoom to contact international clients.

- I can say I have no complaints about Zoom.
- Video quality drastically decreases proportionally to internet connectivity.

I think two times we have used the Zoom Rooms. It went well.
Zoom is very easy to use and inexpensive. Zoom has allowed more users during the one call. Good video and audio compared to other products.
