Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is just being used by me currently, but it is a wonderful edition. Since I work from home, it helps connect me for meetings easily across multiple environments. I can send people a link, and they don't have to have an account to connect with me. It is more reliable than other meeting softwares. I can also record the meeting.

Skype, AnyMeeting, Google Hangouts, Join.me and Slack

Zoom is one of the most cost-effective and fully feature options for virtual meetings. I have not experienced any lag, and the video and audio are always high quality for my attendees. It's as easy as sending a link, and people are able to connect from a computer or smartphone or tablet.

Likelihood to Recommend

Zoom is perfect for virtual environments. It's great for meetings where you need to be on video, but maybe the attendees don't have to be seen. You can choose to mute the attendees (so helpful!!) instead of having to say, "Can everyone mute, please?" You can record your meeting, and the meeting can be any length that you choose with no cutoffs. I can't think of a scenario where it wouldn't be useful.

Zoom is a no-brainer for virtual meetings!
