Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We are using Zoom for weekly meetings by almost every department within our organization. We use to do screen sharing sessions when troubleshooting issues end users are having or when we are needing to touch base as a team.

- We occasionally run into issues scheduling meetings.
- The new look is causing us some headaches getting used to it.
- Zoom is less expensive than competitors.
- Zoom tends to be more reliable with the limited bandwidth locations we have.
- It allows for greater collaboration when employees are spread out among multiple locations.
I am not sure if we use Zoom Rooms
Zoom is more reliable and has better functionality with the remote locations we do business in.
