Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom for internal and external communication. We have our internal meetings to map out our plans for different sales and marketing campaigns. We also use it to host discovery calls with potential clients.
- It is very robust. I don't have to worry about it closing abruptly.
- The video and audio quality is really good.
- It allows for a whole lot of people to jump on a call simultaneously.
- You do have to download a piece of software to get it set up. Sometimes less technical folks have a hard time getting the initial set up wrong. This causes a little delay in starting calls.
- Improved collaboration.
- Professional appearance to external prospects.
It is very useful. There is an initial learning curve in assigning rooms to individuals, but beyond that, it is very helpful. When you are in a room, it's hard to inform the host of anything or ask question while in that room.
Zoom is probably the best experience for internal meeting compared to GoToMeeting and UberConference
