Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom is used for our staff (social workers, finance, hr, etc) to facilitate meetings and trainings.

  • Ease of use and not being complicated

  • Integrating into 365 better
  • Documentation
  • Cost association for licensing (non profit)could be cheaper
  • Easier to access meetings (pc, mac, phones)
Zoom outpaces most of the other companies by miles. Teams is a 2nd but it's not even close. Cost of Zoom for longer meetings, more features might turn people off - but it shouldn't because of the actual features and integration (neat bar, Zoom rooms in 365, etc) - others may do it but they dont do it better or easier.

Zoom is easy to use, easy to install, easy to setup. The screensharing, like others is pretty simple but where I think Zoom outpaces others is the actual options of screen sharing. More specific Portion of screen. Using portion of screen is by far the best way (for me) to share my screen when training, having calls.
