Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom replaced multiple applications to focus on one interface. We now use Zoom for chat, meetings, phone, and whiteboard. We are also currently in the process of rolling out Zoom calendar and mail within the Zoom app along with cloud sharing files.

- provides leadership with data and analytics for their team
- works well with after-hours call queues
- Chat notifications can easily be missed because alerts and notifications do not always appear
