Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for our phone system and for virtual meetings with boards and unit owners. The phone system was important as it allows all our staff to be mobile and not stuck to a desk where they cannot be properly efficient. Zoom Workplace meetings save time as we do not need to travel to a meeting place.

Pros

Cons

  • SMS
  • Ability to alter settings from the app instead of logging into the website
  • Allowed staff to be more mobile and therefore efficient
  • Combined virtual meeting costs in with phone costs.
I only have experience using Teams as an attendee. I believe the Zoom Workplace platform for meetings is easier to navigate.

Zoom Workplace is great for companies who want employees to be fully mobile but still accessible.
It may not be appropriate if settings need to be changed often as it is a longer process to do so.
