Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

[...] uses Zoom Workplace for telephony, mobile call support, webinars and video calls. Our use of Zoom Workplace addresses multiple business needs and does so very effectively. We currnently have 30 users and plan to double that count within a year.

Cons

  • Speed to answers and customer service
  • Sometimes admins just need a human, not links to search on thier own.

  • Cost savings is great

  • Phone support
  • Response time
We actively use both to accomodate the audience/attendees. Zoom Workplace is much better for large groups.

Change management could improve. I view Zoom Workplace as similar to the human brain, in taht most of your users only capitalize on a smaller percentage of it's capabilities. Features are created and deployed, but does your usership actualy adopt and truly utilize the new features or are the playing catch up?
