Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace daily for one-on-one calls, small group talks, large group discussions, and even company-wide meetings. Sometimes an email is sufficient, but there are many times that it is more efficient to hop on a Zoom call to ensure that everyone is on the same page. We can talk and share our screens, which makes it easy to communicate and collaborate.

Pros

  • Meeting invites are simple & easy
  • Call clarity is great
  • Screen sharing makes collaboration easy and effective

Cons

  • More direct integration with Microsoft Outlook would be great, (but Microsoft keeps pushing Teams)
  • It is easy to manage than Skype
  • It has improved our collaboration within our teams
  • It lets us easily have meetings with the whole company
We use Microsoft 365 for everything we do as a company. Except for video communication. For that we use Zoom Workplace, even though Teams is integrated into our other Microsoft products. We found Teams difficult to use and buggy, whereas Zoom Workplace always just works. It is easy to set up meetings, send out invites, join meetings, and collaborate.

I use Zoom Workplace both professionally and in my personal life. It works well for small groups or large ones. I use it for meetings that are planned out in advance, as well as for times when I need to talk with a colleague without any prior notice. I usually use Zoom Workplace on my computer, but occasionally use it on my phone as well, and it seems to work just as well.
