Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace everyday to connect with our clients. We conduct meetings via Zoom Workplace as well as one off quick updates with a client.

Pros

Cons

  • Zoom interface is not easy to use for someone not familiar with Zoom Workplace
  • Sometimes client have a hard time figuring out how to share their screen
  • Improved client relationships due to face to face time
  • With clients all over the US Zoom Workplace helps us stay connected without the travel
  • Ease of use for our team of advisors
Zoom Workplace seemed to be easier for our clients to use. Many of them are only using online meeting programs for our meetings, so we needed to find something they found easy to use.

Zoom Workplace is great to get some face to face time with our clients without the travel. We have clients all over the US and Zoom Workplace helps us keep the relationships strong by having opportunities to see their face and them see ours. It brings a personal touch to our client meetings
