Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use it as VOIP and our meeting provider. We're an HOA company so we use the meetings feature alot with different communities and even within the company.

  • Contact center this and Zoom phone should communicate better.
  • Customer service can close tickets when we tell them something is solved
  • It's allowed us to communicate better and not have to worry about having physical phones
  • Its highly customizable so we can scale depending on our business size
  • Document sharing is extremely simple
  • Marketplace has an app for anything needed
The ability to set up a user with a phone number and extension and the communication is better than teams. We were able to remove physical phones and replace everything with the app or headsets that connect via Bluetooth. The versatility and the scaling is unmatched for us. You can even use eFax if needed.

It's a great VOIP option. Specially since most companies use Zoom Workplace as is. In the HOA space it works well for people who cannot attend a HOA meeting in person, and also allows large company wide meetings for important briefings. The communication coupled with the app makes it better than teams.
