- Streamlining the administration portal, as there's too many options presented in a disorganized fashion
- The updated DM's/channels bar is confusing and unwieldy to use
- Outlook calendar integration requires frequent bi-sync directional access reauthentication
- Faster resolution of issues through remote troubleshooting and screen sharing.
- Improving support response time and reduced downtime for end users.
- Improved collaboration across all departments and users, whether in-office or working remotely.
Zoom Workplace AI Companion has helped us to provide comprehensive end-of-meeting summaries for both internal users and with external clients.
