Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We implement Zoom Workplace for clients that need a robust voice and video conferencing platform. In particular, clients that are multi-homed and primarily remote.

Most come from an unsatisfactory experience with their current platform and Zoom Workplace normally fits the bill in all senses of the project scope.

Pros

  • Zoom Rooms and the ad-hoc abilities.
  • Branding options to make the product feel more personal.
  • Messaging and SMS streamlining.

Cons

  • Android mobile app needs a bit of work.
  • Network transitions are rarely smooth.
  • Notifications while the app is not in the foreground are hit or miss.
  • Improved collaboration.
  • Brand recognition.
  • More productive conference calls.
Zoom Workplace as far as feature set for cost is beyond the offerings that other vendors have.
