Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We utilize it for all of our phone, conferencing, and video-conferencing needs. Zoom Workplace provides an all-in-one convenient solution to our communication needs via the desktop or mobile app. We were previously paying significantly more for our phone services with a separate provider and we were easily able to integrate it into our existing Zoom plan and access it via the Zoom Workplace app. Very simple!

Cons

  • Some features get nested within dropdown menus and can be easy to miss.
  • The phone section can be a bit confusing when switching between calls, voicemails, SMS, etc.
  • Some communication regarding potential incompatibilities with existing Zoom Outlook plugins (we recently had our older Zoom Outlook plugin stop functioning due to the latest software update of Zoom Workplace).

We have only utilized Zoom AI companion on a trial basis, but it seems to be an effective and convenient aid when it comes to summarizations and task organizations. If we eventually determine a greater need for it, which is very possible as we grow, we will consider adding it to our existing Zoom plan.
Zoom Workplace is a one-stop shop for conferencing and phone needs--and with Zoom being a global name in the industry, there is no bounds to its reach and compatibility. Simply put, it just works, and Zoom's plan offerings are a steal in comparison to purchasing separate solutions a la carte. By selecting Zoom Workplace, we consolidated all of our conferencing and phone needs into one platform, saving significant money along the way (to the tune of hundreds a month).

One-stop shop for all your needs. Easy for admins to manage from with in the Zoom admin area and the changes are immediately seen within Zoom Workplace. Zoom Workplace's relevance in the workplace cannot be understated. Simply put, it just works, and has access to all of Zoom's offerings in one easy-to-use application.

Using Zoom Workplace

18 - Zoom Workplace is used by all of our employees here at the firm, from the partners, to the legal analysts, to myself in IT. It serves all of our phone purposes so it functions as everything for us in regards to telecommunications in our office.
1 - Just myself--our onsite IT specialist. We also have a third-party IT company, but they don't really manage our Zoom account on our behalf.
