Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for customer support and sales demo. So, it is more simple for recording, making calls and getting toll free extn assigned. We receive all technical related calls, finance and AP related calls to this extn. As a remote first company Zoom Workplace enable us to assign phone number based on staff work location. These numbers can also be reassigned for business continuity.

Meeting minutes and summary. Catch up notes. Snap summary from long Zoom Workplace videos and webinars. Ideally suitable for troubleshooting, customer contract discussion, sales demo follow up questions. While our BDR's ensure that most of calls are recorded and summarized. These recordings are also stored in Zoom Workplace cloud which is efficient to navigate with in the single platform.
We have been using Google Workspace and MS teams. However our sales and customer support team are more aligned with Zoom Workplace as it can integrate with other Apps. Also customer contact for technical support in Zoom Workplace has been more easy for us to reach when in need. Finally, this is why we always tend to come back and retain some core functions within the Zoom Workplace plans.

Cost and easy user interface. customer support is easily reachable. Value for money. User management, Phone management, profile management and storage of cloud recording, which are all located in one single portal which is easy to manage. It can be synced or integrated with other core systems without much issue.
