Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is being used by my sales department; we moved from Hoovers to ZoomInfo, and it's been very helpful to find the right leads in the correct positions and have accurate information.
- Provides accurate Info 98% of the time.
- Great lists.
- Not being able to search by timezone.
- Not being able to search for companies that have HQ in Canada and a location in the US (for example).
- It's helping find where we play.
- It's providing us with new information.

Hoovers was outdated and did not have up to date info. Some leads hadn't worked there in YEARS.
ZoomInfo has really helped my team find more useful and accurate names and info.
