Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
[It's being used by the] Sales department only. Used to effectively add contacts and organizations we want to add to our prospect list. We are exporting data into Salesforce so we can have a better time prospecting. Scraping data is a tedious task, and ZoomInfo helps us to use our time more effectively. Overall, team is really enjoying it.

- Updating contact information a bit quicker, sometimes it is outdated with current position in company, etc.

We were looking for a solution and ZoomInfo looked like a great one. As we rebranded and moved up-stream into different verticals - having the data helps to start getting into relationship building rather than data entry, data hygiene, etc. Unsure of the other tech we were looking at but ZoomInfo did a good job selling us on the value.
