ZoomInfo is an amazing tool. We use to have a high dependency on paid marketing ad's on social media but with Zoominfo we are increasing our outbound reach through the data provided in it. Have seen a major productivity increase and expense dipping. It got several filters for prospecting which is very helpful
- Good collection of leads
- Most of the time data are accurate
- Integration with Salesforce makes it easy use
- 1000 credits are too less which are provided
- Data need to be updated more frequently

One of the major difference it offers is that the ZoomInfo got the contact number and the ability to download the data in excel. Also, in sales Nav you can not export a list in to Salesforce, it has to be done one by one. With Zoominfo you can export multiple list all together
