Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
I've found ZoomInfo to be an invaluable tool in my business development efforts to prospect and secure new clients. I use it for direct phone numbers and email addresses, to isolate different individuals by title and/or location, and to get scoops or intent data around if/when a given company might be a good target and potential future buyer of Cushman & Wakefield's real estate advisory & brokerage services.

ZoomInfo has more and better quality contact information, intent/scoops, and customizability when running a search. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is better for bios/profiles of individuals, understanding organizational charts.
ZoomInfo is generally a strong tool for gathering direct phone numbers and email addresses in order to improve my hit rate and increase my client base. Where it can stand to improve some is the accuracy of some of the phone and email information. Occasionally, I see the identical number listed for the same individual or the main number that is marked as direct. Neither is possible.
