ZoomInfo Sales is intuitive, smart, easy to navigate, streamline prospecting with powerful filters, provides accurate data and smooth integration with our CRM making it a go to daily sales driver.
ZoomInfo Sales is my daily driver to streamline our lead generation and prospecting efforts. It has been very helpful in identifying and connecting with key decision makers across various verticals, ensuring we target the right accounts with relevant messaging. ZoomInfo Sales addresses the inefficiency and inaccuracy of traditional prospecting methods, It provided verified contact and company data, helping our team prioritize high potential leads and accelerate outreach. We use cases includes: sourcing new leads enriching CRM data and triggering automated workflow based on Intent, WebSights and Organizational changes. More than basic we also use Scoops and Intent data to stay updated about companies showing buying signals or changes like leadership shifts or financial rounds allowing us to tailor our outreach and improvise conversation rates.ZoomInfo Sales is a critical tool in driving our pipeline growth and improving go to market efficiency, enabling us to work smarter by focusing on the most relevant and timely opportunities.

I prefer ZoomInfo Sales over sales NAVIGATOR and UpLead as I think its more user friendly, clean and more precise and provides more sales driven data.

We can find verified contacts, company info, org charts, intent data if there are researching network partners and created a list in no time and. This enables hypertargeted outreach to the right stakeholders. Scenarios less appropriate- When targeting niche and international market, small businesses off metro area and rural business.

Over 250 users across multiple team use ZoomInfo at Zayo, including Sales, Marketing, Sales enablement and Revenue Operations for prospecting, vertical planning, Campaigns, market segmentation, training supporting data, CRM enrichment and sales optimization.
I'm not too sure about a dedicated ZoomInfo Sale Support personnel in-house. But I get all the help and training when needed.

It support all aspects of our sales teams with its large data volumes and seamless integrations.
I have never encountered any outage/s that could have affected my day to day.
I have noticed a slight extended wait time while exporting, while is reasonably fair, otherwise it excels in all the performances so far.
