123FormBuilder vs. Pollfish

If you have a lot of customer interaction with your site, where you need to collected specific, targeted, situational data, 123FormBuilder is an absolute winner. If your site is more information and perhaps leads to a software platform or other product or service, 123FormBuilder might prove unnecessarily robust for you. Something simpler and cheaper might make more sense for you. But in most cases where you're seeking to collect information from customers, I'd happily recommend 123FormBuilder.

Despite its minor shortcomings, PollFish is still very good for startups that need to gauge their product idea's potential acceptance and customer demand, and also very useful for fine-tuning their branding, messaging, product features, and even pricing. This is so much better than traditional polling and surveying, which were more expensive and much slower in the past.

• Obtain people's opinions on a specific topic, both quantitatively and qualitatively, as it has option for open answers.
• Being able to segment my audience not only by country and state, but also by city and even socioeconomic level (something that is particularly difficult outside of the United States).
• Be able to insert videos in order to make quick creativity tests.
• Obtain quick results. Most of the times in only one day, even with specific segmentations.

• Some employees are intimidated at first. After all, it is html.
• There is so much functionality that it can be easy for novices to get lost.
• Will there be more payment flexibility? parents use more of the bank to person payment options.

• The survey editor UI can be quite annoying. The way it scrolls back up to the top of the page whenever I click on a question to edit it makes it so that the page is constantly moving.
• Oftentimes I get an "oops an error occurred" message but it never actually explains what is going wrong.
• Customer support can sometimes take a long time to respond making it challenging when faced with a platform question or capability I am not familiar with.

For what it is and what it offers, I think it is very user friendly, intuitive and reactive. As long as you don't treat it as a powerful full service research tool and look at it more as the scrappy DIY option, it will actually exceed expectations.

The interface was very good and easy to use. Everything loaded quickly and it was easy to integrate other products

I installed 123ContactForm myself and while I had some issues installing it I was able to visit their website and the troubleshooting information they provided in their faq section. They did offer other support if a user needed additional support, but I found the information provided on their website to be more than sufficient

123ContactForm was very easy to implement and the content provided by them supported the product very well and answered all of my questions

Compared to JotForm or Woofoo, 123ContactForm offers a much better interface and better flexibility than the other tools. I have used JotForm only to get stumped by their inability to push the limits of the form. As for Woofoo, the level of ease of use in terms of their interface leaves much to be desired. Any updates made to their form was down using a WYSIWYG, where with 123ContactForm you can make the updates while building the form

Pollfish is the most cost effective and the quickest survey platform. However there are questions when it comes to the actual reliability of the results that are retrieved from Pollfish surveys. However, its speed makes it tough to use other platforms, even at a potential sacrifice of the quality of data.

• 123ContactForm has been positive for my business. It has saved us money because we did not require any development I was able to do this myself.

• Drives a lot of traffic to our website when consumer insights pieces are put out
• Had one customer request a meeting based on seeing our consumer data leading to a $100,000+ close on an opportunity
• Drives our strategy for certain areas of our product development
