Achievers is well suited as a rewards and recognition platform - which is what it was designed for. It's less appropriate for a company intranet to share files and documents with one another. Allowing users to do both on one platform would be a great solution for bridging the gap between corporate communication and rewards.

  • Not sure that it's technically a PI Behavioral Assessment issue, but my company has recently integrated PI with our ATS Clear Company. It doesn't always integrate, but that may be on their end.

As with anything, there are always ways that the product can get better and continue to grow in its offerings and support. However, my team has been very impressed with the ease of use of the system. Our managers have their own log ins and there is no tutorial needed to explain how to use the website

There are many different personality assessments that are currently available for companies to utilize, but in my opinion, PI provided something that no other assessment tool was able to. It really is an insight into how someone perceives scenarios not only at home but in their worklife. It can tell you more about their drives, initiatives, etc. so that you know how to best approach a situation to come to a win-win. If I had to start from the beginning and pick a new personality assessment tool, it would be PI.
