Likelihood to Recommend [ADP Mobile Solutions is] appropriate for when your at home and you need to request time off. It's also nice to see your benefits that you elected and be able to do open enrollment for benefits via the app. They can see their paystubs and their W2's and your able to print or email those documents to yourself.
Read full review Paycom has really helped us to configure our timecards and payroll to fit our unique pay structure. The system made it easy for staff to understand and not just the payroll/HR department. We use paper pay checks, and the system uses the "home location" for delivery which is not necessarily where the employee works, just where they pick up their check. If we used direct deposit, I am sure that would not be an issue.
Read full review Pros I love the basic login functionality. Other apps make you type in your username, password and then some additional information like what is your first pets name. For this - once I pull up the App my username is already there and I just need to add in my password. It only saves a few minutes but sometimes that is the difference between signing in and doing it on a desktop later. I also love the basic text. For other mobile apps the verbiage they use was their own. I'm not sure if they were trying to be fancy but ADP uses basic terms for the information it shows. To me it made my first few uses of it super simple. Reporting is really good. It shows graphs for how I was paid and if I click on a graph it gives more detail. Just really smooth. It makes you feel like they really paid attention to the user experience and didn't over complicate things. The quality of the products is good. With enough employees the value they provide makes sense, but with fewer employees, it's more than you need and the price isn't justified. ADP Time and Attendance was not able to be customized to the operations of my company. With retail locations organized under separate legal entities, but sharing employees across locations, the product was not setup to accommodate this to accurately track employees hours without double-paying or causing confusion. When and employee misses a clock in so he/she requests a missed punch correction, the alert saying missed punch will continue to pop up at the employee until a manager approves said punch request. It confuses employees and makes them think they didn't request the punch so they do it again. It should not keep alerting said employee if he/she made a change to fix it. If anything, it should alert the manager until said requests are approved and/or denied. Read full review We've made the mistake of moving away from Paycom to a PEO which had made a lot of promises, that they could not keep. Less than a year after that transition, we returned to Paycom and are happier than ever.
Read full review Usability The usability seems very intuitive, as we turn more features on we are continually impressed. As we roll out features to our employees, it is very user-friendly, and most users have little to complain about. I would recommend a training module when someone first downloads the app, to have a few training screens before logging in to help those less familiar with application technology. Other than that recommendation, the app has been great.
Read full review The system is very user friendly. Once you navigate where your information is stored under the forms you are golden. While the training amplified my capabilities and knowledge, I could have jumped into the system without and training and managed just fine. This probably one of my favorite parts about Paycom!

Read full review Support Rating I've never really had to use the support for ADP mobile, so I would say that it is a great reason to give a good score. I believe the support that is put into keeping the application up to date and keeping the functionality of the application must be a focus of ADP, which is nice to see.
Read full review Our TSR has been wonderful to work with. Every step of the way he was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. I knew I could reach him at any time (day or night) and he would be available to assist. Implementing a new HRIS system is obviously a huge task and I contribute all our success to our rep Kurt! Of course, with any implementation, there were bumps along the way and issues. But I always knew we would work as a team to get those issues figured out. Working in the Paycom system has been smooth and easy to learn and I enjoy the employee self-service interface. Our managers have had positive things to say and are all excited about the changes we have been able to make to our organization due to Paycom being implemented.

Read full review Online Training All the online training modules were short and straight to the point. Every module teach you how to use the system. If there is one thing they know how to do is training. We did implementation during the pandemic so all had to be done online or via zoom meetings.
Read full review Implementation Rating Not at all satisfied it was a nightmare we spent over 8 months with the implementation team having issues after issues all related to the Puerto Rico regulations (half my employees are in Puerto Rico) and at the end we were moved over from the implementation team to the production team without all the issues being resolved
Read full review Alternatives Considered While I was not responsible for the platform selection, ADP has a much better interface. The tools available help in accessing payroll data for several pay periods easily. The data is easy to interpret and consume without the need to open every pay slip. Also the data is available almost instantaneously.
Read full review ADP is too complex, too many people to go through to get what you need, as you need it. I can only say that I don't want to ever have to go back to using ADP again., Wherever my career leads me - I will lead them to PAYCOM!!

Read full review Return on Investment We have not had real test of the impact yet since we have not been able to roll out to our pest management techs. I believe that if we keep trying to educate our employees on how to access and use the mobile solutions app we will see more positive feedback because of the ease of access to their information. Read full review Saved time, 2 person HR department so time is limited. With reduced time for onboarding we have been able to focus on other areas. Improved employee satisfaction- employees enjoy the ease of use of the system and the ability to use on their phones.
