Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom as our HRIS and payroll processing company. We use Paycom for all tax processing, leave management, and benefit management. They process our WOTC and accruals. We utilize the report writer function to process benefits payments, track points and time for hourly employees, and manage other HR tasks. We use Paycom for all our needs except our learning management system.

It compares favorably to all other software I have used in my 40 years of payroll/HRIS management. Every system has its pros and cons, but Paycom holds up to its competitors. We've been using it for 10 years now.
The new IWant feature reduces employee questions.
I haven't used it a ton, but employees have, and site managers have - it just speeds up finding an answer sometimes.
I really don't have a good answer - I have been using Paycom for the 5 years I have been with this company, and used KDV, which is a local pay system, for 10 years prior at my other job, and Paycom is much better.
