Agiled is suited for submitting contracts and getting them signed quickly with the help of their public links and digital signature features. It is also well suited for submitting invoices to clients and getting them paid with their PayPal and Wise integration. Organizing and keeping track of a large database of clients and leads may be difficult since the CRM doesn't currently support email and message tracking per client but does offer multiple clients per project which is helpful for managing complex projects with multiple team members and clients.
1. Very suitable for an omnichannel business, as it can capture both online and offline lead sources and allows for follow ups. 2. Very suitable for call centers as lead and call tracking can be done very easily using LeadSquared. 3. Not very suitable for on field sales. Even though the mobile app does facilitate portability, the overall experience does not come close to the desktop version which is not feasible for an on field sales representative to use.
Plutio is great for the individual who is constantly on the go, managing a wealth of online information and projects. I can see those who work in education, such as administration, or technology coaches/teacher coaches using a platform like this to stay organized. Freelance or consultants would also benefit as it can manage your digital self.
Call history is recorded like dialed calls, connected calls, total talktime in a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and on a custom basis.
The activity history of both customers, and employees are shown clearly, which help us a lot in understanding the interest of the customer, and their communication history with the organization.
Daily attendance history and man-days management can be done.
Sales performance and their values are mapped clearly.
While the ability to customize is great, it is a little lacking in the visual GUI department. But thats more of a personal preference than anything else.
When choosing dates and times for tasks and projects I think the input method could be a little less clunky.
It is an excellent value for money solution and is fulfilling all our needs quite efficiently. They keep working on the product and each month sees an update allowing for a bug free experience and faster incorporation of newer tools. I see no reason why I would not like to renew the subscription for this fabulous product.
While some of the book keeping features of Agiled have helped me to keep my business in order and provide contracts and invoices to my clients online so we don't need to meet in person every time, the main reason I bought Agiled was to keep track of leads and client communication to better understand what is and isn't working in terms of lead acquisition. This has not been easy since Agiled still can't track communication well and is still clunky when viewing and organizing contacts. I hope it will improve as the team behind it seems to be working hard.
Having talked about all other things in detail in my previous responses, this question I feel is redundant but then I will highlight the points again - Easy to Use - Flexible - Robust System - Ever-evolving - Support & Service - Integrations with third party tools & technologies - LMS - Data Management & Reports - Landing Page Options
Plutio puts work into real contribution, allowing me to connect with the team with white-label collaboration. It is an all-in-one platform for me to manage all tasks effectively. Consistently, it positively impacts work and overall growth by adding encouragement. It's worth using this tool to keep track of the task and overall development, so sharing positive reviews might be helpful to others.
Every time I reach out to Agiled they get back with me very quickly and seem to want to help me. They are constantly releasing updates and improvements which makes me hopeful for the future. I look forward to the day automation and CRM improvements are made. This will be a game changer.

I have only needed to reach out for support once and got a quick response. There was an issue with the Mac app, but I knew it was in beta. Leo, the owner, was quick to reply thanking me for letting him know about the issue, that the Mac app is still in beta, and that I can use the web version in the meantime until the bug was fixed.
I looked closely at Infusionsoft. While the nurturing/decision tree tool of Infusionsoft was far more sophisticated, the many negative reviews of Infusionsoft lead me to look elsewhere. Leadsquared had very positive reviews and aggressive pricing. It has less features, but the features they have were the ones I wanted to focus on.
I have tried Suite Dash, Agiled, FlowLu throughout the process of finding a tool that fits our business the best. Plutio was the easiest to deploy and use by far. The other systems had more features and capability but was pretty difficult to learn how to use and set up. We were up and running with Plutio in a matter of hours with a business process, rather than a spreadsheet and an independent proposal and invoicing process.
Automated Lead Nurturing helps reduce a lot of manual work.
A lot of our time goes into creating custom reports. Making the reporting feature more flexible and robust will help in saving a lot of time and energy.
