Overall Satisfaction with LeadSquared
LeadSquared is used by my organization for generating quality leads for our services and apart from this we are using it for marketing too, for example, we are using it to send important information and announcements and initiatives to our existing customers and target prospects. We are managing all our cold as well as the warm leads in this tool. It is used by the department only not by the whole organization, we are using it for the Marketing and Sales team. If I talk about what business problem LeadSquared is solving, then I'll just say our lead generation process. Yes, we are primarily using it for lead generation and database management.
- LeadSquared is doing a great job in providing a detailed dashboard of all the campaigns and these dashboards are very informative and easy to understand, like open rate, bounce rate, click rate, etc.
- LeadSquared is great when it comes to 100% inbox delivery rate and I can say that this is one of the best features in it.
- LeadSquared's user interface is very easy to understand and easy to use as well.
- LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it.
- Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this.
- LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.
- After using LeadSquared, now we are able to generate more quality leads for our services and this is a positive impact.
- LeadSquared provides us a complete report of our particular campaigns like click rate, bounce rate, etc. and this is also a positive impact on our business.
- LeadSquared is very easy to use and needs no training, so it saves our time too, this is also a positive impact on our business.
