We have used Leadsquared (or LSQ as most people fondly call it) as our CRM software for all 6 websites. We have used all the basic features as well as some unique ones available in their CRM. Things from email campaigns, landing page creations, lead form integrations to tasks like automation, third-party integrations like FB, Whatsapp, SMS vendors, etc have all been tried and tested from our end. LSQ is our go-to place for all data requirements. Reports are very intuitive and easy to understand apart from the easy Lead Management System inbuilt inside the platform as part of the entire CRM. Top this with the service which they provide, always available just a call away. Be it the account manager, finance team, support team, and most importantly the Tech-wizard they provide you as a customer. The journey has been so smooth that it feels like we have been working together for ages. The entire team has been so closely involved that we feel that they are part of our organisation and not just another service provider.

This totally reflects the company's work culture and the ethics they operate under. They have a client first approach, easy to work with and amazing R&d ability of the company.
