Aloware
Having worked in insurance from a work from home standpoint for a while, Aloware is definitely one of the better softwares for use in incoming/outgoing calls. The site is very user friendly and really well managed. The park feature is very convenient as well. The site doesn't feel clunky are have too much information (info overload) like other softwares out there.

Orum
Orum is really well suited for my role as a business development representative, and allows me to reach hundreds of prospects a week where as doing so before was extremely difficult if not impossible. However, in my role and tasks as an account manager, Orum is not as effective as it does not allow me to utilize my own number to call them through Orum, and this often leads to confusion when calling my customers.

Cons
Aloware
  • Reading text messages directly on the site are sometimes difficult
  • The transcribe on voicemails is off sometimes

  • Calls get cut off more regularly than I would expect. I am not sure if that is an issue on Orum's end, but I don't think it is a network issue either so I am not sure why.
  • In the search lists, it would be nice if we could add favorite cadences or separate by our own.

Orum
Orum has truly leveled up my calling abilities like no tool has. Its intuitive UI, rapid auto-dialer, and customizability have made it my go-to call tool. There may be slight improvements to be made from a CRM integration standpoint (much of which isn't Orum's fault because outreach doesn't give data), but beyond that I would give a strong recommendation for users looking to implement personalization at scale.

I have not needed to interact with their support team yet, so I cannot give a valid response. So far, their tool is simple and straightforward to use.

Alternatives Considered
Aloware
Aloware is definitely more user friendly with an up to date user interface. Their texting feature is much easier to keep records over compared to Chase and the connection while on the phone with customers is a lot better. With Chase, it always seemed staticy and unreliable

Because Orum is much more efficient, easier to use, create a solid workflow and overall is a much better experience, which helps getting revenue and better results. Other tools would use a lot of my time with no results, while Orum has been much more efficient saves me time and makes me feel more productive and efficient.

  • My personal ROI has been approximately a 100% increase in the number of calls I can make in a given amount of time, vs. calling directly from Outreach before (roughly 50 calls per hour to 100+). The increased potential for business is worth the cost of admission for me.
