It is well suited as a fashion and accessories industry customer loyalty programme platform. It is also a well organized way of managing reports and campaigns. It is also very suitable for low-budget programmes and we are satisfied with the services. So it is very suitable for my requirements.

Clover is perfect for restaurants, as well as any customer-facing company (whether a restaurant or other retail, etc.) that has multiple employees thanks to its shift management. Clover is great when you are trying out different promotional offers and discounts as well, such as happy hours at restaurants. It is less appropriate for a small business with very few employees, or a sole proprietorship, which might not use all the extra features Clover has to offer.

Overall usability is very satisfying and it is a good systematic user experience, all the systems having some issues so it is also having issues in the system. But it makes some of our campaigns easily manageable and you can get the best return on investment on our campaigns. It is also very easy to manage too.

There are numerous aspects to Clover's usability: the usability of their point of sale systems, the usability of their CRM and web dashboards, and the technical side of integrating with other third-party services. All are top tier. Clover's usability is excellent and I have never had a problem figuring out how to use their services at any level. The POS system has a very low barrier to entry and an easy learning curve for newcomers.

Customer support is not well organised and you can make many efforts to get the resolution. For email or phone support you have to have the patience to deal with the support team, also if you submit a query the responding time is usually high.

We rarely have problems, but when we do, they are major and the system becomes unusable. While Customer Support does eventually respond and fix the issue, they can take a long time. If a major problem occurs on a weekend during the dinner rush, it can be catastrophic to sales and customer returns.

Clover is great because they have their own equipment, but it would be nice to make it more mobile and use it on an app from anywhere. Sometimes we go to events and have to use Square, which is another great option. For small businesses I would definitely recommend using something like Square because it doesn't have the monthly fees, it is by transaction only.
