Clover POS Review
Overall Satisfaction with Clover
We use Clover to run credit cards. We have a demo version set up in-house and we resell it to many merchants. Only the integrations department uses it, but we have been using it for years. Clover is a very popular option for our merchants and everyone seems to love it. The only issue we ever get is the support not being very helpful.

None are available on the list. Clover competes with HotSauce, Paradise, Poynt, and many more POS systems. We easily sell Clover more than anything else and everyone loves it. It's easily one of the best products I've seen since I have been in integrations. The sales managers love it, our sales reps love it, and most importantly our merchants love it.

Using Clover
4 - They allow us to give merchants a great option to process cards on. There are hardly ever any issues and everyone loves it. I'm glad our company decided to become a reseller for Clover. It has boosted our business by a long shot and we don't plan to stop anytime soon.
4 - You need a Clover demo just to play around with it and see all of the functionalities. Once you've played around with it, you will fall in love with the product. Everything about it is great from the presentation of the device when you receive it, to the functionalities, and way more.

No, our company only resells.
Today, we had a merchant who had a lot of issues. We got a very helpful representative on the phone and they were able to resolve our issue within 20 minutes. I was very pleased today, but overall the support team does need some work.
