Far better than any other B2B database currently available at a crazy affordable price with top-notch data. The only leg up the other companies have on Jeeva is how pretty their UI is.
Apollo.io is well suited to find a key target person within an organisation. Once you identified an organisation, it is not essentially a tool for you to find leads or something that would lead to a sale. The best way to use Apollo.io, in my opinion, is to identify a sector which you would like to go into and then prospect a geographic scan and demographic of whether it has to be a founder, C- suite executive, or any other key defining demographic for you to filter from.
Great new service. They have a ton of tools to really let you dial into your target audience. Extremely user friendly user interface. The lead generation is extremely fast, and transferring to a campaign is just one click away. On the campagin they have built in AI to keep each email personal.
Firstly, finding the details of the potential customers that is there name, designation email and phone number since these are the most important cases most of the times I can get this data in Apollo.io
I can pull the bulk data of the targeted organization, or I can pull the emails based on the location and job titles
Apart from the email capture, the thing which helpful is that the email sequence can find emails and send emails in Apollo.io itself and also the report and the dashboard are so clean
Friendly UI and UX Apollo.io was the first tool which I used. Since then I'm still using Apollo.io for easy understanding
Credit usage is not always clear, we've done actions and then been surprised by the credit usage, so having more clarity on this BEFORE the credits are used up would be great.
LinkedIn steps are not ideal, there's no automation and does nothing to speed up or help with that step, this really is an email platform, not for social media.
Apollo.io does provide campaign setup help and made my SDRs team's life easier, with the use of lead enrichment, lead distribution, I can manage my team from a single dashboard. It also comes with CRM that helps me navigate the progress on leads and what my SDRs progress.
Layout and UX is a bit hard to get around and confusing. It takes a long time to get used to and sometimes the way they have you as a user go about things doesn't make a lot of sense. It gives a false sense of security in terms of the quality of the leads generated because it is unable to verify key aspects (i.e. is a person's Linkedin outdated, thus rendering its email address outdated as well). There aren't a lot of instructions available for specific functions, though the website does have a knowledge hub. When you finally get something to work, it costs you so many credits for all the trial runs and past tries that you're stuck having to pay more for a process you finally learned how to do well.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
All of these platforms are good and offer valuable tools, but where Apollo.io is different is how this one platform does the job of several different ones. It is nice not having to use multiple platforms to get things done and makes integration and analytics issues occur less often. It is user friendly and constantly working to improve.
ChatGPT doesn't find leads. It only gives you direction on how to find leads. So, Jeeva skips that and just finds the leads for you, which is huge. Omnisend does a great job of generating emails and email campaigns. Jeeva implements the lead list that it generated and enters it directly into the campaign, so you don't have to do extra steps
