Likelihood to Recommend Microsoft Azure Logic Apps was a perfect solution for us to integrate the apps and products we used in our business to create automated workflows which were also complex and very advanced. This was a very new feature for us, and also it reduced our software costs massively and also saved us a lot of time. With the crisis, we were in back then Azure turned out to be the best cost-friendly solution because we only had to pay for what we used!
Read full review Workato is brilliant to make separate applications work together without much effort or specialists being needed. When specific events on software A should trigger actions on B (or more) and you want that to happen without any development or big budgets, that's where Workato comes into play. It's a great help if you want tasks automated, communications flowing and data synced between different applications.

Even managers or HRs can have a look and get to know what's happening It's a Programmer's Lego. It's fun connecting them at the same time getting the work done Read full review The Workato product interface is brilliantly thought through and designed. The learning curve for first timers is easy enough to get started and build useful things, and Workato really shines in their ability to handle complex triggers and interactions. Workato allows people to build software apps so much faster than by coding each functionality. Workato has fantastic documentation, making things accessible without any holes in the product. The product just works, never has any bugs, never lags, and just generally allows us to see and change exactly what we need to. Workato has an absolutely amazing support team. We tried the free version for a while, then realized it was the single most important software tool we have, and we upgraded. The support at the paid tier is A+, seriously the best from any company we've worked with. Feels more like a good friend then a support rep. Read full review Cons It falls short of alerting capabilities. Microsoft Azure should be unclouded with its pricing. We don't always know how much an inclusion will affect the monthly price. So we have to speculate where we are with the price and if we can afford to include another asset. Need to improve escalation to technical resources and turnaround time Recipe organization and sharing. Can be challenging to copy recipes, or grab recipes from publicly available site. Read full review Usability Azure Logic Apps on the surface are very intuitive. There is definitely room for improvement but it was very well laid out. The main thing with the UI is that its baked into Azure which at times can be a confusing platform to navigate. This is not the fault of Azure Logic Apps for the Azure platform.
Read full review Due to prebuilt recipes, Workato is easy to learn and use for non-technical users if their use case fits the existing recipes. It is not easy for non-technical users to create, modify, debug or maintain complex integrations that are outside the prebuilt recipes.
Read full review Support Rating As with other Microsoft Azure support, Microsoft Logic Apps is hit or miss depending on the issue you are having. If it's simple then the resolution can be very quick. If it requires an engineer to review, then it will take them quite a while to look up a solution as they dig through.

Read full review Implementation Rating We discovered that we could not use Workato for our more complex, large enterprise integrations. It was useful for simple workflows that matched the prebuilt recipes.
Read full review Alternatives Considered This is very dependent on the line of work you are in and the unique company requirements, as is the case with everything. We utilize Azure Logic Apps for all of our computing solutions within our domain, and it has always worked flawlessly. One of the simplest clouds to set up and use is by far the most popular.
Read full review We already used
Zapier , but since it doesn't support NetSuite we had to choose another automation platform. Now that we've been using Workato for a few months, we have plans to move the stuff we're going through
Zapier to Workato. We set up a trial account with all the other platforms, and they were all more expensive and A LOT more complicated than Workato.
Read full review Return on Investment Moving to Serverless Computing obviously makes the organization get rid of dependent Infra. ROI can be seen immediately as the required infra can be decommissioned after a successful quarter run. Being deployed as a single entity or single app on Azure Logic Apps, Organizations need to be more careful with controls applied to meet compliance and security posture. Read full review As business consultants, Workato has greatly improved our offerings to our clients as well as improved the time frame to implement automated workflows and integrations. For our clients, the return on investment is almost immediate. Once a Workato recipe is up and running (which can be done very fast), data is integrating, duplicate data entry and user errors are eliminated, and cross-company KPI metrics are easier to report than ever.
