Overall Satisfaction with Workato

I use Workato to automate business processes throughout my company. It has allowed my team to drastically reduce our integration and deliver solutions to the business much more quickly. We use it to run critical business processes for nearly every department in the organization, including automated Opportunity Generation, Commission Calculation/Amortization, integrating our homegrown CRM and our Marketing Automation Platform, and several critical Finance integrations. We wouldn't be able to grow as fast without it.

Quick Initial Response
It's one thing to ask for product support and expect a quick answer, but it's entirely different to come to a support portal with a business problem and find a willing partner on the other end. The team is eager to understand the issue holistically, and offers expert guidance when it comes time to implement. It's rare to find a support team that is willing to go above and beyond their normal call of duty, and truly understand the customer's issue before proposing a solution. They're more a team of engineers than traditional support reps.
