I have used multiple applications when it comes to connecting with or communicating on the daily transaction but WebEx has been consistent in terms of simplicity and the same time delivering the quality of consistency while being on meeting and even if a large audience is invited for webinars and discussion the quality drop or issues in terms of product usability I have personally never seen it so I think overall it's a great product and well suited for your daily communication and engagement needs full stop it is less suited when you want to do a kind of a webcast because after certain threshold I am not sure this is the right platform which would like to go with in terms of broadcasting.

- Events: Now we dont have to seat at conference hall & listen the events. We can do this while seating at home

- At times, the meeting audio/video can get glitchy if there are a lot of attendees online and using bandwidth.
- Sometimes, it is hard for my prospects to join the meeting without downloading software or can't get the audio to work for some reason.

Webex Meetings does not provide enough audio feedback for users with visual disabilities to properly navigate the tool. Students, faculty, and staff who are blind or have low vision may not be able to use Webex Meetings. Users with motor disabilities that navigate via keyboard, may not be able to navigate the web conferencing session enough to participate fully.

Available all time, I didn't face any downtime with Webex Meetings. I use Webex from my Andriod phone or windows PC all-time experience is very good. Also, I usually use wifi or 4g and the connection is stable and the audio & video are very clear. Webex Meetings deployment is distributed among many data centers around the world. No chance to be down.

I can't speak of integration with many software. The only integration I have is with Microsoft Outlook and the integration has been error-free for me. I do think Webex usually loads quite quickly. The only issue we had once was for an international employee who was based in a very low bandwidth environment and it took her 5-10 minutes for the meeting to start. But that issue was only for her and nobody else in the meeting experienced that. However, I have noticed that Zoom has a faster startup time than Webex. Webex, though, is usually faster to load than Microsoft Teams.

That we needed complex implementation that we didn't get tells me 2 things: 1) the product was not designed in a way that "just worked" like some of its peers (Zoom / BlueJeans) and 2) had our company defined actual user needs and validated / verified that they had bought something that matched those, we would have pursued features / designs more closely aligned with what the product actually does: screen share, sometimes video, definitely VOIP audio (always an option regardless of license), and easy recording and retrieval of meetings.

We use Microsoft Teams as our staple platform in the workplace but most of our team prefer Webex Meetings. This is due to its flexibility and stability. We have also used Zoom to bring in remote presenters for lectures and events but many staff are still cautious of using Zoom due to previous security downfalls. WebEx Meetings has a good name with most people we talk to and most users find it easy to adapt to and use.

(Highly recommended they help in setup as well as after-service support to a particular extent that again depends from partner to partner). Small Tip- Free Fell to negotiate with the partner. They can and they will. 3. Cisco through partners for the larger organizations provides Active Use plans. Where they give you as many licenses you want but charge you as per the usage.
