Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We commonly use Webex to hold troubleshooting sessions and live meetings.

Pros

  • Interactive screen share.
  • Remote access.
  • Session recordings.

Cons

  • Speed of access.
  • Voice clarity.
  • Great collaboration tool that brings together people on different countries.
  • For remote access there are times that bandwidth is a challenge.
The internet bandwidth that you use at home to support the remote work connectivity. Having a secured remote session with working from anywhere.
Our only challenge is in terms of monitoring the productivity of the remote workers since we do not have a full time visibility on how remote workers do their job on a daily basis.
It is a framework that was done or brought instantaneously due to the pandemic and we are able to deliver the work even at the convenience of our own home.
Webex is more collaborative and interactive. It has easy user interface that would be useful even for beginners.

In my experience, Webex is best suitable if you wanted to do a live troubleshooting session wherein you need to do remote access and screen share. You could also do an interactive learning class or session which you could record for future reference.

Cisco Webex Experience

You don’t have to be technically inclined in order to enjoy all the features that Webex has to offer. It caters to all departments and we would say that the ease of use would be the game changer.
We’ve used the Room Kit as part of our engagement during Webex meetings and it is one of the very reliable collaboration products that we’ve put onboard as part of our work environment.
Webex Meetings has helped our organization onsite before pandemic and even during pandemic. It has been part of our day to day work setup and we really gained a lot of productivity with this tool.

Very interactive and insightful. The trainors are very much knowledgeable of the product. They could easily answer all the inquiries that we have for them. They even provided some exercises for us to have a better view on what we would expect from the product. Helpful links and handouts were also given during the training.

It’s just right for this product and is not complicated.
It is better to undergo first a training session to ensure that you are well guided on the functionalities.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - There were some requests from the business units for the customization part and it is not too complex to be implemented.
Some - we have added small pieces of custom code - It was based on the use case from the business unit and we handled it properly with the help of our partner vendor.

We’ve purchased a premium support to ensure that we’re covered each time we have any issues that require immediate attention.
The bright spot that I’ve experienced from the Cisco support is their willingness to go beyond the extra mile to ensure that the issue gets resolved. The engineers are willing to extend extra hours of their work just to ensure that we properly get our system going.
