We use Demandforce to reach out to 'old' customers. If they have not had an invoice generated in X number of days/weeks/months/years, we can create a custom campaign via email/text to reach out to them and attempt to re-engage with those customers to generate new 'existing business' or entirely new leads for our Sales team to run.

  • Aesthetics has been updated in last few months for organization and is easier to see: colors, grid lines on front page, and font style.
  • Allowing our office to include specific items in reminder appointment emails allows personalization to make confirming appointments easier.
  • Allowing patients to write reviews allows us to know what the office is doing well and what we can improve on.

A solid 8 from my perspective, a tool all small businesses should try out before venturing into the world of larger CRM solutions as this gives you the best entry point into the CRM solution world with ideas about all the modules that are required the most. It can be made a bit more intermediate user friendly by adding a bit more mass approach style features

Zoho Corporation
Bigin by Zoho CRM captures opportunities, and gives the company ways to tap and work towards making them more effective. Also, Bigin integrates/connect with the customers emails, making it friendly or simple to communicate with them immediately. Bigin introduced the single sign on procedure, which boosts the security of the entire system and ensure no attacks in any form.

I do not have any alternative products to compare this service too. It was in place when I came aboard this company and I have no say in its continuation or replacement. As from what I can gather, there are many alternatives to this platform, but Demandforce is the only one I am aware of that runs in your system tray and is passively ran in conjunction with your accounting database.
