Ceipal ATS helps us source candidate profiles from various job boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, and Tech Fetch. It also helps us track the candidate in case of submission of the candidate profile to the client, scheduling the interview for the candidate, and sending bulk mail/Mass mail, which is an added advantage we use daily to source profiles.

It is great at getting applicants to apply. The one down side is that a majority of our applicants are applying from a mobile device so they are unable to complete the entire application process. When you send them a link to complete the rest of the application from a desktop computer, many do not have access to this. Because of this, they do not answer some of the "weed out" questions that give us insight as to what type of employee they would be.

  • Once we are able to utilize all the functionality in Ceipal ATS, we will be able to have a quick snapshot of each of our programs to see daily and future interviews, and other tasks.
  • The dashboard is easy to read. Again, once we can utilize all the functionality in Ceipal ATS, it will be super helpful to see a quick snapshot overview of my programs.

  • Automatic position posting has increased our exposure drastically as an employer. We have increased our applicant flow by over 100%.
  • Hyrell's applicant communication features have allowed us to stay engaged with candidates during every step of the hiring process. It makes for a very professional first impression.
  • I love that Hyrell is user-friendly. The system is incredibly easy to use. We have a high number of users throughout nine locations with varying skill levels utilizing technical applications. All of our users seemed to catch on very quickly.

  • Overall, Ceipal ATS is a very good platform for finding the right candidates, so all features are good.
  • Please add a option of last active days in internal database.
  • Please improve the dice, sometimes If we mentioned the location doesn’t show exact resumes properly.

  • The main issue I have with the system is that in order for a template update to take effect, it has to be re-posted (at least that's the process as I understand it.) For example, I have updated one of our existing job templates to include a new hard skill question. The template is posted in over 50 locations and in order for this update to go into effect, I have to manually re-post these positions which can be very time consuming. If there was a way to automatically update a posting with template changes it would be a huge help to our business.

We have been using this ATS for the past few years and have never had any major problems. It is being used for candidate sourcing as well as keeping track of all our candidate's databases. In the market, there are very few ATS software available, and I think Ceipal is the best among all.

Overall, it's good. We need to add a feature that allows you to dump data from other ATS to Celepal, which will help us beat the competitors. We also need to work on the UI and harvesting parts, which are not up to the mark. They will improve their AI or Chatgpt technology as well.

Meets all expectations for application processing. Does a great job of pushing the job ad out to multiple online job boards. Provides good email alerts. Relatively easy to use even for my supervisors who are only in the system on occasion.

In my tenure of using this software, there were multiple times when I faced a technical outage, and it was not too long. We had it resolved as we connected with the support, and they informed us immediately that the developer team is working on it and will get the issue resolved.

I never faced any problem loading the Ceipal login page and when I had a problem it was just my browser. I rarely use any other browser other than Chrome. Even after integrating with other job portals, Ceipal never gets hung or there is any error loading page I have received.

Hyrell came up against ClearFit and ZipRecruiter. ClearFit looked very strong, but ultimately its pay per posting model didn't provide enough cost certainty. ZipRecruiter seems to be a strong player too. There was a lot of flash with ZipRecruiter but the product didn't seem as complete where it mattered for my client. Hyrell was a good balance on feature set and provided good value. The client needed something that was easy to use so they could get up and running quickly. The Hyrell trial went well and the ramp up was very quick and easy. Hyrell's subscript plans fit my clients needs starting with the Solo plan (3 active jobs) and then quickly moving up to the Small Business plan (9 active jobs) after a few months once additional hiring managers came on-board.

Pricing model was very flexible with Ciepal and when we agreed we already knew that we are going to renew it for more than 5 years now. It was flexible and we had to make sure that there is no breach in between. we are using the services for more than 2 years now so I think I made the right decision.

I have given an 8 rating as the Ceipal is being used in our department for mostly recruitment purposes so we don't have many other departments. We use Ceipal for recruitment and for sales purposes. Currently, it's being used for the bother dept and working absolutely fine so I think an 8 rating is reasonable.

Ceipal Professional Service is also an elite service provided by Ceipal for its premium vendors. It's just like an upgrade system one can avail of if they want to pay more and have more features added to their current system. We did not use this service so I don't have much to say about this, but maybe in future we will require it.

  • Closure ratio is almost double after start using Ceipal ATS
  • Personalized bulk email is helping recruiters to get quick response..
  • Candidate status, Job Status, interview status. We can filter everything separately
  • Definitely big asset any staffing companies. We can manage even if we don't have job portals. As we have internal database which is accessable to whole company
  • Few features are not user friendly like sending RTR through Ceipal ATS

  • Better Qualified Applicants: The selection tools through Hyrell help us to attract the quality applicants we seek.
  • Greater Applicant Traffic: By utilizing all of the major job boards, we see a higher number of applicants.
  • Retention: Because of improved quality, we tend to retain more employees. This is a HUGE benefit to our Company!
