Clear C2 C2CRM vs. Salesmate

It
allows the best sales with our customers. It is the best CRM software in the
market. If customers need help then it allows their users to contact them
directly and they give good feedback in a short time.

Salesmate gives us everything we need as a small business, with a clear interface, and can adapt to any business. If I was being ultra picky, I would perhaps suggest the ability to remove or hide certain modules not applicable to our niche, e.g., we are a B2C business, so the company module is not really useable for us, but this is not a negative by any means.

• An incredible application in making sales and marketing in a single go.
• Good to comprehend business opportunities and to protect the product’s promotion in the market.
• It's a very simple and easy application. Once installed [it] can give the maximum benefits. Nothing can stop this tool from making wise decisions and providing ways to implement and observe the process further.
• Its mobile version helps us to watch the business detail for 24-hours and is a good way to communicate with clients on demand.
• Its managing abilities are not underestimated because of its to-the-point business overview.

• For each client, it tracks emails, text messages, activities, files, calendar events, phone calls, to-do items.
• Customization is quite good -- you add fields you need. Like was discovery received, full payment, partial payment, etc. You can later run reports.
• Integration with other apps is good; I use QuickBooks and DocuSign.
• Customer service is very good.

• Unsure, as I have not seen issues that weren't resolved quickly and professionally.

• The search feature can be buggy and does not allow for highlighted text to be typed on. You must clear the box or hit backspace before typing. The only app in my life that does this.
• The dashboard button is pointless if it still makes you choose between legacy or classic.

Very happy with the customer service and the overall functionality of the program. With new features always being launched and discussed I'm looking fwd to growing with them

I like most and the features help me to manage customer details and their orders. It is very easy, I [have been] using this application for a long time and its integration with other applications is perfect for [a] fast workflow.

It's so easy, and the support is top notch and I love Salesmate. Seriously the best CRM on the market right now, which I was able to customize exactly the way I needed to, with their support with me every step of the way. I will be working with SalesMate for a long time if not forever.

C2CRM delivers us the best features for improving business tasks and it is very handy for launching new products in front of others. I can easily gather all the detail of customers in one place and we can discuss and increase product marketing. Its social media integration is great to advertise product features, so that's why I really like it.

The support team at Salesmate is top-notch. They provide live chat support within the platform and answer typically in under a minute. They are always incredibly quick to respond to questions and provide insightful information. Getting started on the platform is easy as you always have support nearby.

No - All very straightforward and simple.

I HIGHLY recommend Clear C2 C2CRM above any other platform.

Very similar in overall layout and user experience...but the features blow these others out of the water. Where alternative solutions had features either lacking or as an upgrade (ie having to spend an extra $10-$30/month/user) Salesmate has these features out-of-the-box

• It has been [designed] for sales reps. They can focus on sales and building relationships with clients. It is best for businesses from all sectors who want good results. They give training online and through webinars.
• Its features are very advanced and good. It gives users lots of documentation storage, assists achieve, retail machine integration, [and] task management.
• The next step is to win customers from other tools over profitable sales. And then retaining these customers with their services and support. The new interface has [been] launched for a better understanding of users as it increases day-to-day productivity due to lesser complexity.

• It saved me so much time following up with leads. I move them to the next stage, and Salesmate does the rest.
• It does a whole load of outreach for me. It's seamless.
• I get a lot more responses from people in my pipeline - especially using SMS to follow up.
