Likelihood to Recommend Clearbit is great for companies with large sales teams who focus on high touch prospecting. The time saved by not having to search a prospect's LinkedIn profile, but simply see data in the CRM is awesome. On the other hand, Clearbit may not be as ideal in a company where sales are very transactional
Read full review This is a quick and easy way to upload information from business cards to your current contact database. It can be used by those who are organizing email marketing campaigns. It is also good for personal use -- since it organizes all available information about any given contact it is a great resource for looking up people before meetings and doing other types of background research
Read full review Pros The phone numbers are extremely accurate, so our sales team isn't wasting time calling 800 numbers or being transferred. ClearBit mapping is great because there are 80 fields that map and an API. We can build out our leads and contacts extremely faster because of the simplicity of the program. While you can find a large range of data, other providers have more clean data. The Google Sheets add-on is not as comprehensive. It would be nice if you could search for both prospect emails and numbers there. Clearbit provides direct dials, but again it's not as accurate as other services. This has really helped us to personalise our outreach while also making it faster to prospect accounts. I don't give it a ten as this information can be inaccurate. Including the LinkedIn link which sometimes re-directs to old LinkedIn accounts, or just the wrong one. This seems to be caused by not updating the information regularly enough (just a feeling, no evidence)
Read full review This is my new favorite app for organizing contacts and segmenting email lists. It is also the only app I have used that will transcribe business cards with 100% accuracy (they use humans to enter info from pictures of cards rather than software, like most other apps). The "merge contact" feature is great and allows you to review the contacts being merged before doing so automatically. It also integrates with Google accounts, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Yahoo. Another great feature is the ability to export data in a file, which you can then upload to your regular CRM software or to
Constant Contact . I wish it would allow for more business card uploads per month. Even the paid subscription has a limit of 50 cards per month. I contacted customer support to inquire about increasing this limit and was told that I would need to upgrade to a yearly contract in order to do so. If FullContact continues to be useful, I will likely upgrade. However, given that the business card contacts is one of this software's best features, I was disappointed that this allowance could not be increased. Overall, however, I would highly recommend FullContact

My main issues with the service is it’s outward interactions with us since purchasing the product. They have not proactively checked in to see how our is doing with the product.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Clearbit has been extremely beneficial for our organization. We still use and have access to some other tools, but it's the net new targeting that stands out for us, rather than a BlackBox of accounts that are in the market. When it comes to paid social where tracking and quality are tricky to measure and manage, Clearbit is the best option out there.
Read full review FullContact has pretty much the best bang for your buck as far as the different features offered. You can do a lot of different things with it and it's all online or in an app on your phones. Easy access to the most accurate information available at your fingertips is pretty awesome

Read full review Return on Investment It's provided some key data in terms of geography which we rely on to distribute our customers and prospects to territories. Works great for large repositories of data, which we have. Not as useful for proactive prospecting. We use it primarily for data enrichment and confirmation of demographic info.
