I have used the system for predictive dialing, preview and manual dial. I have had from three to thirty reps using the software at a time. It has worked well for me in all applications.

We used to use Orum but decided to switch due to the number of issues we would see whether it was with connect rates, dial to connect times, and the amount of technical difficulties. Nooks outperforms Orum in every aspect especially around the reporting and analytics as Nooks goes into much more detail.

Return on Investment
Dialedin
  • It increases our contact rate and provides real time control of data to maximize our sales efforts and production.
  • Chase provides a means to manage TCPA compliance and DNC lists that is as good or better than any other system I have ever used.

Nooks
  • Positive: Connect rates and 60 second conversations held
  • Positive: More meeting conversion from calls (still dominant via email)
  • Negative: I think more NAMER regions experience it but it has to do with Gong Engage functionality like with wrong dispositions
