The Diligent One platform is a huge advantage for your GRC requirements, specifically in streamlining your work and providing easily accessible data for your reporting. In terms of the complexity, understand that it will take some time to learn and understand the tool to get the best out of it

Greenlight Guru is well-suited for medical device companies. They have exceptional resources that are especially helpful for smaller, start-up type companies, including customizable SOPs, Forms, and Work Instructions, as well as countless other educational resources on focused topics like Risk Management or Auditing. Greenlight Guru is NOT currently able to be integrated into any ERP systems and therefore may be difficult for the Operations and Quality aspects of the organization if, for example, manufacturing is being performed in-house, and the ERP system is used to document all quality events. (In this case, it would be redundant to also document them in Greenlight Guru - although could potentially be useful to document investigation details.) Greenlight Guru also only allows documents to be uploaded one at a time, so for companies that want to convert their existing DHF or other QMS files into Greenlight Guru for completeness, this process could be incredibly time consuming.

Vanta seems excellent for startups, but I expect that they would be even more useful at bigger companies. I think it really helps people that haven't done SOC2 before. I also think it would help in monitoring compliance across teams with many users. If the budget is extremely tight, I think it would be possible to save money by not using it.

I give it a 7. It has had a significant impact on the GRC department in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. At the start it took some time to tailor it to our unique business needs and to set up all our requirements. I would say the superpower of the tool is really here, in terms of time saving in report prep and manual testing. We have really used the control self assessment ability to have a strong impact on the business which helped to improve the internal control culture across the business. The dashboarding abilities had limitations for us and we created our own internal dashboards more suited to our operational needs. There is a steep learning curve for the admin roles who manage the system but I assume this will be the case for most of these types of systems. On the opposite side the end user usability is very good and easy to grasp.

HighBond by Galvanize support has some of the best and fastest support that I have experienced. Though we only contact them through emails, they were quick to provide insightful information about our problems. Whenever we email them about an issue, they would be able to reply in less than an hour, ready and prepared with useful solutions to address the issue.

We’re pretty satisfied with the implementation offering and the reading experiences provided. With our quarterly audits, this tool has made the task much more accessible. I'm excited about diligent due to the fact that they provide many tools to support compliance through use of analytics and testing processes. We also use FloQast, for which I'm an advocate for, however I'm not sure they have expanded yet to support analytics and testing. I don't have any further experience with other products

Greenlight Guru definitely has the better/more easily understood UI. I've tried several other training systems and haven't bumped into any of the issues I've faced before, like my training being completed by another person or glitches within the system. Greenlight Guru is a program that doesn't take too long to learn to use and get used to using.

Vanta's reporting was far superior, the price was competitive but my engineers running the project said that working with vanta would save them significant amount of time. Secondly vanta had more integrations so they could plug directly into the systems we use!
